ASK about Asthma

This September, to coincide with the start of the new school year and the highest hospital admission rates for asthma (week 38), Healthy London Partnership and NHS England London are launching a public awareness campaign #AskAboutAsthma to encourage small steps to help improve the quality of life for children and young people living with asthma in London. #AskAboutAsthma The #AskAboutAsthma campaign will run from 11-22 September and our aims are:
  1. Each child and young people with asthma having an asthma management plan
  2. Each child and young people with asthma being able to use their inhalers effectively
  3. Each child and young people with asthma having an annual asthma review
The Healthy London Partnership have created a comprehensive resource called the asthma toolkit. The asthma toolkit aims to support healthcare professionals, schools, parents, carers, children and young people in London and we encourage you to explore the whole site. https://www.healthylondon.org/children-and-young-people/london-asthma-toolkit
